These are my picks for tote bags less than $100 for spring! Totes are great for moms on the go. They can double as a diaper bag, they are easy to change out and can hold all of our junk. I literally don't leave the house without snacks, bottles, diapers, wipes, changes of clothes, a few toys, butt paste... and then there is my stuff.
