A few weeks back I met up with some local bloggers in the city. We had brunch at Bank & Bourbon, networked and did photos with local photographer, Taylor of Peaceful Photography. She was great to work with! I highly recommend her! :)

When people ask me why I blog, my first answer is always the sense of community. There is a whole network of women who blog and I truly enjoy meeting them. It is great to actually sit down face to face when most of the time social media is the only place we connect.

The purpose of our brunch was for an upcoming feature on Global Garbs, a blog dedicated to showcasing fashion around the world. Philadelphia will be highlighted in a post... stay tuned!!

I love this dress by Eliza J! I was drawn to the bold pattern and pop of color. It comes in different hues, but blue is always a go to color for me. I ordered a petite because I'm only 5' 3" and didn't want to get it hemmed. With a wedge shoe, the length was perfect.
