I had a lovely afternoon with these ladies visiting the new showroom of L. Prior Jewelry in Rittenhouse Square! We chatted about marriage and motherhood, and of course fashion and jewelry! Lauren has beautiful space where she is fulfilling her dream of creating amazing, custom pieces--especially engagement rings. She also has an exquisite collection of estate and heirloom jewelry. Her jewelry has a timeless, feminine aesthetic-- I loved it all!
We were all so thankful to have such a gracious host! She set up a make-up demonstration by Kristyn of Shimmer and Spice who created a smoky-eye look for everyday. Kristyn started at Henri Bendel's flagship store in NYC learning make-up and creating custom blends and matching colors for her clients. She now resides in Philadelphia doing bridal make-up, hosting workshops at her studio and making custom colors.
Lauren, Kristyn and Clara are three super talented ladies! It was a pleasure to share this event with them. That is what I love about blogging-- it brings people together! This group of women are so kind and supportive-- we are newlyweds, single moms, career women and stay-at-home moms. Combined, we've given birth to 14 children with number 15 due any day! We love a well styled outfit, glass of wine and girl time!

From a girl that would never wear pointy toe pumps, I finally found a pair I can rally behind! I love the leopard print for a fun accent. They are super comfortable with a manageable heel size. The come in three colors and run true-to-size. I love this denim duster as a fall alternative to your basic denim jacket. You could really wear this piece with anything. My skirt is from Shein.com and is sold-out, but I've linked similar at the bottom of this post! My layering tank is from Zara. I love the material and the top is double lined so there is no chance of it being see through!
