Home Tour Featuring Raymour and Flanigan

I have partnered with Raymour and Flanigan and have received product in exchange for this post, however all opinions expressed here are 100% my own.

I'm so excited to dive into this post! It's been a long time coming:) You can shop all my R & F products HERE and throughout this post.

I believe it's important to note, before I collaborated with R & F on my blog I was already their customer! Many pieces from our last home were purchased through them and made the move with us last October. These pieces include, our living room sectional sofa, all the bedroom sets and a few accents chairs.

Raymour offers quality pieces and almost everything has a delivery time of three days or less! Which, if you've ever gone furniture shopping, you know is an amazing time frame! Practically unheard of!

When building or buying a new home, the BEST piece of advice I can offer is this:

PLAN where you want your furniture to go! Do you have a TV in the bedroom? Do you have a large sectional or a sofa/loveseat? Dining room? Antique china cabinet? If you can visualize the furniture in it's place, you can plan your spaces so much easier. It can be very helpful to use free room planning software or sketch it out on your own.

I knew I didn't want a kitchen table, but rather soft seating in the kitchen for a lounge type vibe. This is a space that gets used every single day. It's part of the kitchen, which is the heartbeat of the home. I love having a cup of coffee in my cozy chair while keeping an eye on the kids eating their breakfast at the island.

Raymour had the perfect swivel chair that easily flows from the seating area or towards the kitchen. I'm not one to go too crazy with patterns, but this print breaks up the space and at the same time ties everything together.

Art is one of those things that speaks to each individual. I saw this print online and knew instantly it would be perfect for this space. I have a small drop zone connecting the kitchen to our mudroom. We had this wooden sideboard made in Lancaster. The design is very simple, shaker style so I wanted a piece of art that offered more of a modern feel and clean lines. The kids store all of their arts and crafts here so it's easily accessible.

This space has become one of my favorite parts of our home, mainly because of all the ORGANIZATION! You can never have too much storage! Before these cubbies were built, everything was piled up on the floor. As you can imagine-- it drove me crazy!

I picked out the bench and mirror before designing the cubbies with Superior Renovations. I wanted a bench on this wall for guests and to have the extra room with five us getting out the door, putting shoes on, etc.

You can find out more about the custom cubbies by visiting this POST. I love how everything came together in this room. It gets used every day and there is definitely space for everybody's stuff!

The kid's play room is a space that needed a piece of comfy seating for me and any other adult in there supervising! I picked out this chair and half because it was the perfect size and had a casual look that goes well with the room.

I'm in 'LOVE' with our bedroom furniture from R & F! I rarely purchase 'sets' of furniture because I like to mix things up, which is why we went with an upholstered bed instead of the one that goes with this set. The accent chair adds a bit of pattern to this space. If you want more information on the Love sign, visit this POST.

Most of the paint in my home is Benjamin Moore, Edgecomb Gray. That is the color seen here and in my bathroom.

We all love the little ottomans from R & F! They are great for storage and give the space some extra pop of pattern!

This sofa table is so gorgeous in person, the photos DO NOT do the finish justice! I was looking for a piece like this for months before going on Raymour's website and finding this one. Again, I didn't want to match our entertainment center, but I wanted the style flow together. The lighter finish breaks up the dark floor and sofa.

My dining room does not get used a whole lot, but I LOVE this space. It's so pretty, I sort of view it as an accessory that I keep on display!

The walls are Benjamin Moore, Revere Pewter and the ceiling is Chelsea Gray. I purchased the sideboard at my local Restoration Hardware outlet. It houses my grandmother's china that she gifted me at my bridal shower.

Thank you for taking this home tour with me and a very special thanks to Raymour and Flanigan for sponsoring this post! Again, you can shop these furniture pieces by visiting Raymour and Flanigan.

If you have any questions about anything seen here, please ask! I picked out everything from from flooring, to tile and faucet style:) You can email me: amanda@thepennyparlor.com
